Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data Hatdepot holds about you at any time.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data”, from the email address you sign in with. If you signed in with Facebook or Google, use the email address of that account.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in.
• Your profile: name, company and phone number.
• Saved business details and resale certificates.
• Artwork and files you uploaded.

Orders you have placed are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

When

We reply to confirm your request and finish the deletion within 30 days.

Facebook and Google sign-in

You can also remove Hatdepot from the apps connected to your Facebook or Google account. That stops future sign-ins with it. To delete what we already hold, email us as above.
