Refund Policy

Cancellations

  • Blank caps: cancel for a full refund, shipping included, until we start picking your order. Once picking or packing has started and before it ships, you can still cancel with a 15% restocking fee.
  • Custom caps: cancel for a full refund, shipping included, until your design goes to sampling. After that and before sewing starts, we refund everything except the $30 setup per design. Once sewing starts, a custom order can't be cancelled.

Returns (blank caps)

  • Within 30 days of delivery: unwashed, unworn and undecorated, in the original case packaging.
  • We email you a prepaid return label. Its cost and a 15% restocking fee come off your refund; the original shipping isn't refunded.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've received and checked the return.

Custom caps

Custom and decorated caps are final sale. If something is wrong on our side (a defect, a wrong design, a damaged or mis-shipped case), tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll remake or refund it, with a free return label.
